Alireza TADBIR, 34 ans travaille chez KB Crawl depuis 2016 en tant qu’Ingénieur Développeur.

Quel est votre parcours scolaire ? 

« Après avoir obtenu ma Licence d’informatique, j’ai continué mes études à l’école supérieure d’ingénieurs Léonard-de-Vinci (ESILV) en ingénieure informatique Big Data à La Défense. »

Quelle est a été votre expérience avant KB Crawl et comment avez-vous connu la veille chez KB Crawl ? 

« Durant mes études, j’ai effectué plusieurs stages en informatique dans différents domaines en utilisant diverses technologies. Par exemple, j’ai créé une application Windows interne (.net WPF) pour pouvoir gérer le stockage des matériaux d’un société d’accompagnement pour des conférenciers et plusieurs d’autres projets.  
Après mon stage de fin d’études, j’ai posé ma candidature chez KB Crawl. Le sujet de ce stage était très intéressant, c’est pour cela que j’ai souhaité continuer dans cet univers. »

Pourquoi KB Crawl ?   

« Comme je vous le disais auparavant, j’ai fait mon stage de 6 mois chez KB Crawl et à la suite de cette expérience, j’ai décidé de rester dans cette société. Il y a plusieurs éléments qui m’ont motivé à commencer ma vie professionnelle au sein de cette entreprise, l’équipe de développement est performante, le cadre de travail, la connaissance sur les technologies utilisées et plusieurs autres facteurs. »  

Quelles sont vos fonctions en tant qu’Ingénieur Développeur ? 

« En tant qu’Ingénieur Développeur, je dois recueillir, analyser et modéliser les besoins ou les demandes sur les produits, puis synthétiser ces informations afin de proposer une architecture idéale pour la création du module attendu par les différentes parties, tout en sachant que l’équipe de développement à sa propre méthode de programmation et il faut être coordonné avec le groupe. »

Quelles sont les missions qui vous plaisent le plus dans le poste d’Ingénieur Développeur ?  

« L’application mobile était l’un des projets très intéressant pour moi. D’ailleurs, je suis très passionné par les nouveaux modules (modèle de mail ou module collaboratif) qui demandent une vision différente sur les produits. »  


Pouvez-vous décrire une journée « type » d’un Ingénieur Développeur ?   

« Il n’y a pas de journée type pour un développeur. Chaque jour est conditionné par l’avancement des projets, les demandes des utilisateurs, les urgences, les priorités de marché et bien évidemment, les nouveautés de technologies. »  

Quels sont les qualités d’un Ingénieur Développeur chez KB Crawl ? 

« Chez KB Crawl, il est très important d’être à l’écoute des besoins des utilisateurs et de pouvoir proposer des solutions simples et en même temps efficaces. De plus, nous sommes obligés de nous tenir régulièrement à jour des nouveautés technologiques. »
