EDITO

En cette année qui commence, toute l’équipe de KB Crawl se joint à moi pour vous souhaiter une très belle année 2022. Que cette nouvelle année vous apporte la santé, le bonheur et la réussite dans vos projets.

Malgré un contexte sanitaire toujours difficile qui empêche les rassemblements, nous avons tout fait pour maintenir le lien qui nous lie à nos clients. Les équipes de KB Crawl ont su faire face et s’adapter à ce contexte pour maintenir un très haut niveau de confiance dans nos solutions et nos services. Il en résulte sur 2021 un taux de renouvellement de nos contrats de 98%. Merci pour cette confiance !

Cela signifie aussi que la veille est pleinement en train de s’ancrer comme un élément incontournable de la prise de décision stratégique au sein des organisations afin de lever les incertitudes.

L’incertitude a bien sûr frappé de plein fouet l’ensemble des organisations. Qu’il s’agisse des entreprises privées ou des structures publiques, l’avenir s’est retrouvé bouché. Quelle direction doit-on prendre ? Quel cap suivre ? Le large flou qui nous a soudain accompagné a eu pour effet d’accélérer le besoin de mieux connaître son écosystème, les dynamiques à l’œuvre, les signaux forts, les signaux faibles… et avec eux l’avenir qui nous attend.

Mesurer la performance de votre Crawler

Grâce à l’onglet Cockpit (dans le menu Moniteur ou dans le sous-onglet de votre source), retrouvez toutes les informations sur la production de votre Crawler : nombre de documents collectés, nombres d’alertes levées, destinataires ou encore incidents. Découvrez vos sources et vos déclencheurs d’alertes les plus performants. Pour les détenteurs de la Suite KB Crawl, vous pouvez maintenant retrouver dans votre Cockpit le ratio entre vos alertes reçues et les alertes que vous avez publiées sur votre Platform (données Pilot). Exportez vos données avec les propriétés souhaitées en utilisant les filtres de recherche. Ou encore, vous pouvez créer un rapport de Crawl vous permettant de recevoir toutes ces données à intervalle de temps choisi et capter les baisses ou les hausses d’activité.

DECRYPTAGE : La protection des données (épisode I)

RGPD : Un incontournable de nos organisations

Beaucoup de clients et prospects nous questionnent sur Le Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données (RGPD). Mais de quoi parle-t’on exactement ? Rappel sur les fondamentaux de ce règlement. 

Le RGPD a été adopté par le parlement européen et le conseil européen le 27 avril 2016 pour une entrée en application le 25 mai 2018. Une période de deux années a donc permis aux acteurs publics comme privés d’entreprendre leurs démarches de mise en conformité avant la date d’entrée en vigueur de ce texte. 

Constitué de onze chapitres et quatre vingt dix neufs articles, ce règlement a pour objectif de protéger les personnes physiques quant au stockage, à l’utilisation et à la circulation des données à caractère personnel. Ces données à caractère personnel concernent les salariés, les clients ou les fournisseurs. 

Ces données à caractère personnel peuvent être traitées de façon plus ou moins automatique ou être stockées dans un fichier. Il est important de signaler que ce fichier n’est pas obligatoirement un fichier informatique mais il peut très bien s’agir d’un document papier rangé dans une armoire. 

Il s’applique à tous les états membres de l’Union Européenne (UE) même si le traitement des données ne se fait pas dans un pays de l’UE.

De ce fait, les organisations et leurs sous-traitants doivent tenir à jour un registre des données quel que soit leur taille. Il est un des éléments qui constituent la conformité au règlement et permet de mener des plans d’actions pour remédier aux non-conformités. 

Ce texte a profondément impacté les organisations car il a transféré la responsabilité depuis les organisations de contrôle comme la CNIL en France vers les organisations privées ou publics. Charge à eux maintenant de mettre en place les bonnes pratiques pour répondre aux exigences du RGPD à la fois lors de l’acquisition de la donnée mais aussi tout au long de sa vie et de son traitement. 

En résumé depuis l’entrée en vigueur de ce texte, les organisations publics et privées sont en première ligne et doivent assurer la sécurité de ces données.
