Installation
The software is installed on site by a KB Crawl SAS technician in collaboration with your IT department.
As well as installing KB Crawl and associated modules, the technician will also configure:
- the Internet connection (proxy server for instance),
- email alerts.
KB Crawl SAS ensures that KB Crawl is compatible and secure within your existing information system.
Training
KB Crawl SAS provides training on KB Crawl, to ensure you become competent users of the KB Crawl automated monitoring tool.
Three types of training are available:
- Just for your company
- Inter-company training
- Refresher training
KB Crawl SAS is a training body registered under number 11920861992 and has successfully trained several hundreds of users on KB Crawl.
