13. I regularly receive the message "Properties not found". Why?
This message means there has been desynchronisation between indexed words and stored content. This may happen particularly when several sources have been deleted, or when the starting address has been changed, etc.
To solve the problem, click on "OK" when the message is displayed, then go to the "Maintenance / Indexing Service / Check Synchronisation" between "Indexing and Archiving option”. Click on "Yes" or "OK" for the messages that follow and wait while the index table is rebuilt. Once the database has been resynchronised, the message will no longer appear.
