10. The error message "Decompress buffer too small" is displayed when I start a search. What does it mean?

To be able to use its search engine, KB Crawl needs to update its index table on a regular basis: if a page is added to or removed from the archives, the index table needs to be updated accordingly.

Therefore you must choose the "Automatically index contents" option in the “General Options” if you frequently use the search engine or advanced alert mode.

However, if you wish to optimise performance and don't user advanced alert mode, you can choose not to automatically update the index table after every crawl.

In this case, you will need to rebuild the index table before you use the search engine. Otherwise, the above error message will be displayed, simply inviting you to rebuild the index table. It will then disappear.
